The ends of
tree roots become shapes slowly forming into numerous
figures...figures at play, inter-relating with eachother, moving upwards
until they reach the surface of the forest floor. There, the vines falling
from the trees remind us that evolution is never-ending. ROOTS imagines the
Earth as a womb, and it is interesting that in Genesis the first man is
named Adam, which derives from the hebrew 'adama', meaning earth, dirt, the
ground below.
